Angie has led and transformed teams and leadership during times of change, chaos and calm for more than 12 years. She has helped teams to adopt agile practices and mindset with emphasis on coaching scrum masters, product owners, business analysts, product designers and mid-level managers. Angie has held many different roles throughout her career such as Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Agile Leader, Product Manager/Owner and Scrum Master/Coach. Through the course of her professional journey she has worked in various domains including airline transportation, medical, automotive, corporate law, gambling, education, finance and federal government. Angie is currently doing consultant work with Toyota North America.
Aside from coaching agile teams, Angie also provides career and lifestyle coaching services. Her coaching style has been referred to as “The Smooth Jazz DJ of Coaching”. You’ll feel relaxed and comfortable as you work though whatever is on your mind while chatting with her. Angie’s goal is to be your companion on your journey to show up differently today than did yesterday.
On a personal note, Angie is an avid softball player. She has played the game for over 45 years and also umpires when she’s not playing. She loves camping, traveling, kayaking, swimming, the theater and enjoys playing with her 3 dogs: Sheba, Cotton and Gunner.
